What are your store opening times?

Monday-Friday 9:30-17:30

Saturday 9:30-16:00

Do you have a loyalty scheme?

We do not have a store loyalty scheme. Some of our popular brands do offer loyalty schemes on multiple purchases of food products. Please ask our helpful staff in store to find out more

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple pay and cash.

What is your returns policy?

For non food items such as dog beds and accessories we accept a full return as long as the item has not been used and all the packaging has been kept.

For food items-the returns are decided on store discretion depending if the food is faulty our friendly team would be happy to discuss any returns on the phone or in person to decide what the next steps should be. Original packaging should be kept.

Delivery information

We do some local deliveries for a small fee. Please ring 01274 593111 to find out if we deliver to your area.

Is your shop pet friendly?

Our store is pet friendly and we are happy for well behaved toilet trained dogs to shop in the store.

Is your shop accessible?

The shop is on one level with a large Barn door entrance. We do not have a hearing loop available. If you struggle with mobility we are happy to bring products to your vehicle and complete payment there. Ring the stores ahead 01274 593111 and we'll get your products ready.

Do we offer other services?

At Country Feeds, we have regular ‘teeth cleaning days’ for your dog. Ask in store, call (01274593111) or complete the inquiry form below to find out when the next one will be.

Can I collect an order?

If you would like to place an order in-store or over the phone we are happy to put the items to one side ready for collection- must be collected within 24 hours. We accept payment in-store or over the phone via Visa or Mastercard. If we have ordered an item especially for a customer we hold it for 14 days ready for collection.

Can you do a VAT receipt?

Yes we can, please ask in-store.

What is your minimum spend?

In store there is a £5 minimum spend on card. For delivery there is a £25 minimum spend.

Can’t find the item you are looking for?

If you cannot find the item you are looking for online or instore please speak to a member of the team and they can possibly order the item in for collection within 14 days.
